Register your new vehicle directly at the showroom without visiting the RTA Office

New Vehicle Registration System: Buyers of non-transport vehicles such as cars and two-wheelers can complete the permanent registration process directly at the showroom.

  • ✔ Form 22 / 22A - Road Worthiness Certificate
  • ✔ Valid Motor Insurance Policy
  • ✔ Identity & Address Proof
  • ✔ Vehicle Invoice & Photographs

Step 2

Digital Processing

The authorized dealer uploads all required documents and the application digitally to the Transport Department Portal for online verification and approval.

Step 3

RC Dispatch

After approval, a registration number is allotted and the permanent Registration Certificate (RC) is sent directly to your registered address through Speed Post.

⚠ Important Note

This facility is available only for personal non-transport vehicles. Transport and commercial vehicles must continue to follow the standard RTO physical inspection process.
