Why NOC is Required?
In order to maintain smooth flow of traffic, ease congestion, prevent danger, and reduce inconvenience to the public within Hyderabad Commissionerate limits, the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City has issued prohibitory orders on plying of certain classes of vehicles during restricted hours.
Persons who wish to ply such vehicles for unavoidable reasons during restricted timings must obtain prior permission through a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Whom to Apply for NOC?
To the Additional / Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad,
Traffic Complex, Near LB Stadium, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Procedure to Apply for NOC
- The applicant who wishes to obtain permission for plying vehicles during restricted hours must submit the required vehicle documents.

Required Documents for NOC:
- Registration Certificate (RC)
- Pucca Permit
- Fitness Certificate
- Tax Receipt
- Insurance Certificate
- Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
- Authorization / Agreement Letter from the company hiring the vehicle
- Self Declaration stating no pending challans against the vehicle
- Undertaking from the owner confirming the vehicle will not be used for purposes other than permitted
