Why NOC is required?

In order to maintain smooth flow of Traffic, to easecongestion, to prevent danger and to reduce inconvenience to the public in Hyderabad Commissionerate limits, the Commissioner of Police, HyderabadCity has issued, prohibitoryorders, on plying of certain class of vehicles in Hyderabad City Comissionerate limits.The concernedpersons of such class of vehicle, who desires to ply their vehicle for some inevitable reasons during the restricted hours, needs to apply for permission.

Whom to apply for NOC?

To the Additional (or) Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad, Traffic Complex, Near LB Stadium, Nampally, Hyderabad

What is the procedure to apply for NOC?

1. The person,who desires to apply for permission for plying their vehicles during the restricted hours, has to submit the following connected documents of their vehicles.
2. Required Documents for NOC
   1. Registration Certificate
   2. Pucca Permit
   3. Fitness Certificate
   4. Tax receipt
   5. Insurance
   6. Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
   7. Authorization / agreement of contract letter from the company that is hiring the vehicle.
   8. Self declaration that there is no pending challans against the vehicles
   9. Undertaking from the owner of the vehicle that the vehicles will not be used for purpose other than for which they are permitted.
