Vehicle Transfer No Objection Certificate
Why NOC is required?
Whoever wants to shift his vehicle from one state to another state needs a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for getting the vehicle and Registration Certificate transferred to another state. As per the rules, the R.T.A authority insists on NOC before issuing clearance to the applicant.
Whom to apply for NOC?
To obtain NOC, one has to apply to the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch, Police Control Room, near Lal Bahadur Stadium, Hyderabad for Traffic Violation clearance. Applicants must also apply to the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Detective Department, Central Crime Station, Police Control Room, Lal Bahadur Stadium, Hyderabad for criminal record verification.
Procedure to apply for NOC
- Apply to the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch, Hyderabad for traffic violation clearance.
- Apply for crime clearance to the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Detective Department, Hyderabad with Xerox copy of RC Book and Rs.100/- e-Challan receipt. Personal appearance is required.
- Produce the original RC Book while obtaining the NOC.
- Submit the obtained NOC to the concerned R.T.A office along with required forms for vehicle transfer to another state.
