Why School NOC Permission is Required?

In order to maintain smooth and free flow of traffic, NOC from Traffic Police is required as per the following Government norms.

• PARKING AREA : G.O. Ms. No. 86/2006, dt: 03-03-2006 of MA&UD, Govt of AP
• PLAY AREA : G.O. Ms. No. 88/2006, dt: 07-07-2008 of Education (PS-2) Department
• ACCOMMODATION : G.O. Ms. No. 41/2006 of Education (PS-2) Department

Whom to Apply For Permission?

All HODs and Principals of schools within Hyderabad City limits shall submit requisition to the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad District (DEO, Hyderabad).

Why Apply for Permission?

• If a new school is established
• Extension of classes
• Renewal of school (every 10 years)

Procedure to Apply for NOC

All Heads of Departments (HODs) and Principals of schools within Hyderabad city limits shall submit requisitions to the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad District (DEO, Hyderabad). The DEO will issue letters to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad; Additional Commissioner / Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Hyderabad; Fire Department; and GHMC for issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs). Concerned departments will furnish the required information to the DEO for further action.
