to improve traffic flow and road safety under a PPP model.

Key Aspects
Structure & Partnership:
The program is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) wherein private firms, hospitals, and schools sponsor the marshals' salaries.
Personnel & Recruitment:
100-125 traffic marshals have been trained for 10-15 days at the Traffic Training Institute (TTI) in Goshamahal, with plans to scale to 500 personnel.
Uniform & Role:
White uniform, 8-hour shifts, traffic regulation and congestion control.

Patrol Bikes:
- Body cameras
- PA systems
- Dashboard cameras
- Towing equipment
Objective:
Improve traffic flow and reduce congestion at key locations.
Spearheaded by Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC),
improving coordination for better city safety.
