The organizers shall ensure that the procession does not obstruct the free flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrians.

The organizers shall strictly comply with the instructions issued by the Police Officers on traffic duty during the procession.

The organizers shall arrange adequate volunteers to regulate and manage the movement of the procession and assist in maintaining traffic discipline.

Bursting of crackers, raising of slogans, erection of dais/stages, and use of microphones or any other sound systems shall not be permitted unless specifically authorized by the competent authority.

The organizers shall arrange a specific parking place for the vehicles of persons participating in the procession and shall ensure that such vehicles are not parked on the carriageway or in a manner causing traffic obstruction.

Adequate arrangements shall be made at major junctions, entry/exit points and sensitive traffic locations to facilitate the movement of general traffic.
