Bonalu, Ganesh festivities, Bathukamma, Dhandiya, Holi, Dussehra, Sankranti-related activities, New Year celebrations, religious/seasonal gatherings, immersion-related activities and other recurring seasonal programmes.

TRAFFIC
Traffic Conditions

The organizers shall ensure that the event does not obstruct the free flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrians.

The organizers shall strictly follow the route, location, date and timings approved by the competent authority.

Adequate volunteers shall be arranged for crowd and traffic management.

Adequate parking arrangements shall be made for participants' and visitors' vehicles.

Vehicles shall not be parked on carriageways, footpaths, junctions or other locations causing traffic obstruction.

At least 3/4th of the carriageway shall be kept free for general traffic, wherever the event/procession is conducted on or alongside a public road.

Temporary stalls, decorations, arches, barricades, stages, lighting arrangements or other structures shall not obstruct carriageways, footpaths, sight distance or traffic signs .

Emergency routes shall be kept clear at all times for ambulances, fire services and police vehicles .

Any procession, immersion activity or movement of vehicles associated with the seasonal event shall be conducted only on the approved route and within permitted timings .

In the event of VIP/VVIP movement, the organizers and their volunteers/security personnel shall strictly follow the instructions and traffic regulations issued by the Police/Traffic Police.

Adequate traffic signages/directional boards and barricades, wherever required, shall be provided as directed by the Traffic Police.

The organizers shall ensure immediate removal of temporary structures, vehicles, materials and crowd from the road after completion of the event.

Use of sound systems, crackers or other activities having traffic/public-safety implications shall be subject to the permission and conditions imposed by the competent authorities.

The organizers shall strictly comply with the directions issued by the Traffic Police from time to time.

Approved Route

Processions and immersion activities shall follow only approved routes.

Parking Management

Adequate parking shall be provided without obstructing public roads.

Crowd Management

Volunteers shall regulate crowds and maintain smooth traffic movement.

Emergency Access

Emergency routes shall remain clear at all times.

Roadside Obstructions

Stalls, arches, stages and decorations shall not obstruct traffic or sight distance.

Traffic Signage

Directional boards and barricades shall be provided as directed by Traffic Police.

Immediate Road Clearance

Temporary structures, vehicles, materials and crowds shall be removed from the road immediately after completion of the event to restore normal traffic movement.
