Traffic Conditions
The organizers shall ensure that the film shooting does not cause obstruction to vehicular traffic or pedestrians.
OUTDOOR
Film Shooting on Roads

The organizers shall take all precautionary measures to restrict the shooting on the main road and shall ensure that the free flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrians is not obstructed.

For any traffic exigency, the coordinators of the film shoot shall strictly follow the instructions given by the Police Officers on duty.

No vehicle connected with the film shooting shall be parked on the main road or in a manner causing obstruction to traffic.

The organizers shall arrange adequate volunteers/security personnel for crowd and vehicle management.

The organizers shall strictly adhere to the permitted date and timings of the shooting.

An ambulance equipped with First Aid and necessary medical equipment shall be kept available at the place of shooting wherever required considering the nature and scale of the shoot.

At least 3/4th of the carriageway shall be left free for general traffic.

No dais, microphone or other sound system shall be used on the road unless specifically permitted by the competent authority.

The organizers shall comply with the directions issued by the Traffic Police from time to time.
INDOOR
Indoor Film Shooting
Private / Studio Premises

Where the shooting is conducted entirely within private premises/studio premises and does not affect public roads, the traffic conditions shall primarily relate to the following:

Parking of Shooting Vehicles

Shooting vehicles shall be parked only at designated locations.

Entry and Exit of Heavy Vehicles

Entry and exit of heavy vehicles shall be managed without causing obstruction.

Prevention of Congestion

Congestion at the entry and exit gates shall be prevented.

Free Movement of Public Traffic

Free movement of public traffic outside the premises shall be maintained.

No Unauthorized Occupation
No unauthorized occupation of public roads or footpaths shall be permitted.
