The organizers shall ensure that the event does not obstruct the free flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrians on adjoining roads.

Adequate parking space shall be arranged within the premises or at an approved location for visitors' vehicles.

No visitor vehicles shall be permitted to park on the carriageway, footpath, junctions, service roads or other locations causing traffic obstruction.

Adequate volunteers/security personnel shall be deployed at entry and exit points for regulating vehicles and pedestrians.

Adequate traffic signages/directional boards and barricades, wherever required, shall be provided as directed by the Traffic Police.

The entry and exit gates shall be positioned and managed in such a manner that vehicles entering or leaving the premises do not cause congestion on the main road.

No temporary structure, stall, ride, barricade or other installation shall be erected on the public road without specific permission.

In the event of VIP/VVIP movement, the organizers and their volunteers/security personnel shall strictly follow the instructions and traffic regulations issued by the Police/Traffic Police.

Adequate emergency access shall be maintained for ambulances, fire services and police vehicles.

The organizers shall comply with all traffic management instructions issued by the Traffic Police from time to time.

The event shall be conducted strictly within the permitted date and timings.

Special Traffic Attention

Special attention shall be given to parking capacity, entry/exit congestion, pedestrian movement, road frontage, crowd spillover and peak-hour traffic.

Parking Capacity

Adequate parking capacity shall be ensured for visitors.

Entry / Exit Congestion

Entry and exit points shall be properly managed to avoid congestion.

Pedestrian Movement

Safe and smooth pedestrian movement shall be maintained.

Road Frontage

The road frontage shall remain clear and free from obstruction.

Crowd Spillover

Crowd spillover onto public roads shall be prevented.

Peak-Hour Traffic

Special arrangements shall be made to manage peak-hour traffic.

Indoor Amusements
Indoor / Building Premises

Where the event is entirely inside a building/premises, the principal traffic conditions shall relate to parking, gate management, pedestrian queues and prevention of congestion on the adjoining road.

Parking Management

Adequate and organized parking arrangements shall be ensured.

Gate Management

Entry and exit gates shall be properly managed to prevent congestion.

Pedestrian Queues

Pedestrian queues shall be managed without obstructing public roads or footpaths.

Congestion Prevention

Congestion on the adjoining road shall be prevented at all times.

Emergency Access

Emergency vehicle access shall remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
